The Spring Vistancia community-wide garage sale will be held Saturday, April 9th from 7 am to noon. 

📧 Email Robert Miller at Robert@TheJAYPATELGroup.com with your address, the name of the neighborhood you live in and 4 - 5 of your top items for sale and we will add you to the list. 

🖨 LIST WILL BE DELIVERED TO THE HOA FOR PRINTING AT NOON ON THURSDAY, APRIL 7th. 

🛒 Bargain shoppers entering the community will be able to pick up a list of all the sales the morning of April 9th beginning at 7 am in the Walgreens parking lot.

📥 Shoppers will also have the option of downloading the Yard Sale Treasure Map App to route out all the garage sales they want to visit. 

❤️ Unwanted items can be donated to Goodwill at the Mountain Vista Club Parking lot between 1 pm and 3 pm.
